I've always been intrigued with restaurant design, even though I've never had the opportunity to work on one yet. I think that the innovation happening is incredible! To create a one-of-kind dining experience isn't all about the food anymore. Restaurant design takes a special talent and one that I am envious to be sure.

Banq Restaurant in Boston
I love this detail above. There are a couple of restaurants her in Las Vegas that sport something similar, like Stack at the Mirage and Fix at the Bellagio. It reminds me of the the site models we had to build in school.
